In the process of communicating with HR, I was faced with a requirement to conduct interviews exclusively through Google Meet. In response to my comments about the unavailability of the service in my country, I was advised to purchase a VPN myself. Alternative communication options were not considered. I consider this approach disrespectful to the candidate and not focused on solving the problem.
